What I can help with
Questions about which tour suits your dates, whether a slot is realistically gettable, what the rooftop is like in a particular kind of weather, or anything factual on the site that looks wrong. Corrections are genuinely welcome. Opening hours, prices and ticket rules move, and I would rather hear it from you than leave it stale.
What I cannot help with
I am not the venue and I am not the operator, so I cannot change, move or cancel a booking. Bookings made through the links here are held by GetYourGuide and your confirmation email is the place to start. I also cannot get you an official SHIBUYA SKY slot that the portal has already sold — nobody can, and the sell-out page explains why the 14th-floor counter is not a backup.
