How to get to SHIBUYA SKY
From the station
Scramble Square sits on top of the station complex, so the connecting passages take you into the building without going outside. Follow signs inside the station rather than walking around the block. Once you are in, the lifts to the 14th-floor ticket lobby are signed, and that lobby is where your timed entry is checked.
The Hachikō exit and the statue
Six of the seven tours on this site meet at the Hachikō statue or the SHIBU HACHI BOX beside it, both just outside the Hachikō exit. It is the busiest place in the neighbourhood and it still takes people fifteen minutes to find each other, so allow that. The Scramble Crossing is immediately there, and it is what you look down on later.
Timing your arrival
